Welcome to the UWC ISAK Japan - Short Courses Portal!

• First-Time Users: Create your account using one of the Single Sign-On (SSO) options for your existing Google or Microsoft account so that you can submit an application form and/or access your checklist.
• If you do NOT have an existing Google or Microsoft email account: Click on the 'Create an Account' button. You will receive a verification email upon account creation, asking you to confirm your email address within 24 hours of receipt. Please make sure to check all spam and promo folders. If you do not verify in time, no worries, as you can simply click on the 'Resend Verification Email' link at this login screen.

Eligibility Criteria for Summer School

To be eligible to apply to UWC ISAK Japan Summer School 2026 you must have been born between July 19, 2011 and July 18, 2013 (13 or 14 years old during Summer School). 

You can come to Japan by yourself and adhere to the necessary entry requirements at the time. 

We can not provide a visa but we can support you with documents if needed.

Step 1: When you are ready to get started, please scroll to the bottom and create an account or sign in, if you already have an account with us. Once you are logged in, please fill in the registration form. 

Step 2: Once your registration is approved, an email with instructions to the full application form will be sent to your email! 

Step 3: Submit your application by the deadline of March 2nd, 2026 11:59PM JST. 

Please note that your registration payment will be collected at the time of final application submission.
